Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong book
- The book arrived damaged or defective
Return Window
All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Books purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Change of mind after purchase
